The distinctive qualities produced in the vineyard are evident in the wine, and also in this special grappa. Its colour is a beautiful, amber yellow with coppery highlights. On the nose there is an explosion of varietal aromas locust flower honey, peaches and apricots emerge in particular. On the palate the alcohol oozes sweetness and warmth, leaving a nice aftertaste of camomile and liquorice wood.
