Tasting Notes

Nose: Raspberry and roses combine with biscuit aromas and with marshmallows to present an appealing and entertaining nose. After airing, sensation becomes richer and deeper. 

Palate: Rounded and mellow while the effervescence brings some rythmn on the first impression. Some balance comes between harmony and delicacy as it blends most pleasantly with the natural acidity of the wine, revealing pleasant cherry aromas. The main body of this cuvee gently accepts the domination of its effervescence till the finish, while the dosage serves as a link.
