Palate: Powerful, with great structure, concentrated and velvety, it has soft and ripe tannins in perfect balance with the acidity and has a long and pleasant persistence.

Food Pairing:

Excellent pairing with structured dishes such as red meats (including roasts, stews and stews), both feathered and furred game, mushrooms and truffles, and highly seasoned cheeses such as tome and pecorino cheeses. Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG is also perfect as a meditation wine.
