Hand-picked blend of Trepat, Sumoll, Garrut, Queixal de Llop, Ull de Perdiu and Garnacha. It’s a solid release with redcurrant, tar and aromatic herb flavours running beefily through the palate. It’s not deep in colour but it’s deep in flavour, and while alcohol warmth blows some of the aromatics away it manages to impress as both complex and nuanced.
