Tasting Note:
Nose: This Petit Chablis is entirely un-oaked. The nose is bright and fresh with green apples & melon. Palate: The palate hits with terrific energy. Minerals, citrus, white peach, melon and green apple crunch. This is lengthy but singularly linear. Taut and racy and very long.
Food Pairing:
Absolutely lovely during the spring and the summer, this wine is perfect for an aperitif or with summer recipes (from sea, for example) and with meat.
