The harvest began on September 10, a rather early date due to particularly favorable weather

conditions for the vines.


The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes reached a rare maturity, giving birth to a very generous

vintage. Our “AMOUR 2015” cuvée stands out for its great complexity, beautiful amplitude and a

finish that highlights retro-olfaction.


Colour: Pale gold 

Nose: Expressive, damson, bergamot, stewed fruits

Palate: Fine, ample, powerful and indulgent. Exceptional finish, beautiful retro-olfaction.


Food Pairing: Roast quail with thyme


Dosage: Extra brut, 3g/L
