The harvest began on September 19th. A severe cold snap in February and then many climatic

hazards in spring left us expect the worst... Fortunately, from mid-July until the harvest, we

experienced some beautiful summer weather.

The Chardonnays benefited greatly from this and and proved to be of a rare quality. Our “LIBERTÉ 2012” is a magnificent, ample vintage with a saline finish.

Colour: Lemon yellow

Nose: Citrus fruits, plums and mirabelles. Notes of verbena and wet chalk.

Palate: Fresh, crisp attack. Harmonious overall, balancing emerging, vinosity with chalky freshness.

Food Pairing: Sea bass with pink peppercorn and yuzu.
