Tasting Note:
Smells invitingly of the typical pinot bouquet: ripe wild strawberries, black cherries and spicy undergrowth, followed by dried spices and floral notes (violets). On the palate there is a balanced structure with moderate acidity. A heavenly pinot noir that has storage potential until around 2027!
Food Pairing:
A perfect partner for serrano ham, olives, chorizo and co. Pasta and paella will also be happy!
