A sensual, deep and complex aroma, where primary notes of red fruit jam and liquorice meet tertiary notes of pepper, nutmeg, fennel and roasted character from French oak ageing, all wrapped in chocolate and vanilla. The palate is extremely well-balanced, kind and sweet-toothed, with great gustatory variety already hinted at on the nose — full, fleshy and long-lasting on the finish.
