Nose: Ripe corn and fresh baguette, with an undertone of almonds, dried flowers and thyme.
Palate: Supple and lively — effervescence first takes prominence before giving way to the roundness of the wine. Fruity with a suggestion of biscuits, well-balanced between acidity and sweetness, with the liqueur dosage giving it body and accentuating its roundness and generosity. When aired, this cuvée becomes more full-bodied and welcoming.
