Once aired, this feeling is enhanced with notes of watermelon, verbena and roses. After ten minutes in a flute, fresh thyme, hazelnut oil and brioche come to confirm the complexity and good health of this wine.
Palate: The attack is both mellow and vibrant. The effervescence has a gentle touch, then the wine shows its body, both rich and silky, bringing notes of honey and biscuits. A dynamic feeling stays with you all along the tasting. This smooth impression is due to its high-quality, discreet and tasty acidity, and brings to mind the wealth of taffeta when it comes to the texture of this cuvee.
