Grape Varietal: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir
Tasting Note: The fleshy Chardonnays from Grauves and Vertus bring good body to the wine. The Pinots Noirs from Sermier and Cumière bring balance thanks to their delicate aroma. To maintain this identity we have chosen to blend with a Grand Cru red wine from Verzenay, whose terroir offers lively and dense expressions of small cherry.
Food Pairing: Pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna, etc), shellfish, mild and soft cheese.
Alcohol Content: 12.5%
