Dark color. Very intense and complex nose with a bouquet composed of red and black fruits and a touch of truffle. The wine is of a beautiful density, with substance, depth, suppleness and fine tannins on the palate. A great vintage.

Food pairing: Chateau Trotte Vieille is best served with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised, and grilled dishes and hearty fish courses like tuna, pasta, risotto, and a wide variety of hard and soft cheeses.
