Nose: Intense and sweet hints, marked by barrel notes. Well-integrated aromas of the fruits and the barrel. Very frutal, red and black fruits notes.
Palate: Elegant on the palate, very balanced. Round tannins and homogeneous. Long finish, warm sensations of the barrel.

It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice.
Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
