This results in an incredibly bold and unique sensory expression. The cool climate of our coastal vineyards imparts our Rye Barrel-Aged Red Blend with aromas of boysenberry, black cherry, and baking spices, and lush, dark flavors of plum and blackberry. Select lots are then aged in Rye Whiskey barrels, delivering a twist of chocolate, gingerbread, sweet mesquite and subtle toasted oak when added to the blend.
