Tasting Note:
The nose on the 2021 Cremant de Jordanne begins with delicate cherry blossom, supple fresh strawberry and bright red apple peel layered in with subtle notes of fresh baked croissant, raspberry leaf and chalk. The palate meets the nose with a lush and elegant mousse and an extension of those layered fruits and florals. This continues with rich structured tones of baked apple cobbler, nutmeg and vanilla finished off with a driven chalky mineral finish.

Food Pairing: Smoked salmon, tuna tartare, creamy mushroom risotto, or soft-rind cheeses.
