Tasting Note:

It presents itself visually in a delicate light yellow with green reflections. A light minerality paired with strong green and yellow fruit notes, some tarragon, white flowers and papaya, as well as hints of yellow blossoms beguile the nose and underline the elegant character of the wine. On the palate, It presents itself fresh and very clear, again yellow tropical fruits, canatloup melon, delicate melting with a lot of balance. The exciting interplay of elegant acidity and subtle fruit sweetness rounds off the flavour of this Riesling and gives it a pleasant drinking flow, where every sip is a pleasure.

Food Pairing: BBQ, Entrecôte steak with lots of pepper, Baked fish in mustard sauce, Summer salad.
