Light yellow with slightly green reflections. Expressive on notes of toast, light smoke and citrus. The attack shows citrus and grapefruit notes with a fresh finish — a fine bubble, aged 24 months on lees at a constant low temperature, showing off all the typicity of Chenin, with lovely balance between acidity and fruit.
