Tasting Note:
Classic Cabernet aromas of blackcurrant, violet, and tobacco
leaf appear on the nose, whilst the palate sees cassis, dark
chocolate, and a touch of fine French oak. The Eden Valley
component drives freshness and fine structure, while the
Barossa brings its signature plushness and mocha tones.
Seamlessly integrated French oak adds polish, and the
finish is long, powerful, and recognisably Teusner. Whilst
drinking perfectly in its youth, the Kavalier is crafted to cellar
beautifully for years to come.
