Country: France (Champagne)
Grape Varietal: 58% Pinot Noir, 42% Chardonnay
Tasting Note:
Nose: Intense, deep and precise bouquet showing white flowers (acacia), roasted citrus peel and ripe yellow fruits such as peach and mirabelle plum. With aeration, subtle iodised, powdery and lightly roasted notes emerge, reflecting extended lees ageing and chalky terroir expression.
Palate: Immediate yet refined entry, soft and delicate with a silky, caressing texture. Concentrated, juicy fruit reminiscent of zabaglione, driven by ripe Pinot Noir, balanced by chiselled, saline Chardonnay. Exceptionally fine, tactile bubbles are perfectly integrated. Wheat, oyster shell and chalky mineral notes build toward a crisp, saline and iodised profile. Long, crystalline finish with a lingering chalky crescendo, delivering remarkable purity, precision and elegance.
Food Pairing: Fine seafood, oysters, caviar, scallops, poultry, cream-based dishes
