Tasting Note:

Nose: Ripe corn and fresh baguette, with an undertone of almonds, dried flowers and thyme.

Palate: Supple and lively; its effervescence first takes prominence before giving way to the roundness of the wine. The aromatic impression is fruity with a suggestion of biscuits. A proper balance between acidity and sweetness is maintained nicely by the liquer dosage which gives it some body and accentuates its roundness and generosity. When aired, this cuvee becomes more full-bodied and welcoming.
