Tasting Note:
Aromas of cassis, violet, mocha, vanilla, spices and licorice. The wines of Saint-Estèphe have strong tannins and thus reach their maturity more slowly than most other medals. They offer black fruits, a note of freshness, often a woody or smoky aspect and a floral touch.
Food Pairing: Beef, lamb, deer, venison.
Alcohol Content: 13.5%
