Tasting Note:
This wine is carrying dark fruit notes yet is lighter on its feet. Think very cherry jelly bellies and Santa Rosa plums. When the fruit came into the winery, we foot stomped and then set it aside for a few days. It can be a bit challenging to crush up everything at the bottom, so there’s naturally a little sneaky bit of “carbonicness” happening at the bottom of the bins. Can we say juicy fruit, anyone? Drink now or hold through 2030.
