The palate, concentrated, reveals both a firm and delicate cassis and ripe fruit. A beautiful field and a lot of finesse in this wine that gets better with aeration and shows a good ageing potential.
Food Pairing: This Aloxe-Corton will be best appreciated served at a temperature of 16-18° Celsius. It will be the ideal partner of a beautiful piece of beef, duck breast, a tournedos “Rossini”, a lamb shank confit or a beautiful cheese dish.
