Bright ruby red in colour, so clean you can read through it. Red and black berries, cherries, blackcurrant, liquorice and spice notes lead on the nose. On the palate it is smooth, with a nice length of red cherries and black fruits, and silky, well-balanced tannins that make for a harmonious, easy-drinking wine.
