Nose: Bright and youthfully complex, with yellow stone fruits (apricots, peaches, yellow plums), fresh-baked bread and a touch of smokiness.
Palate: Deep, full-bodied, crisp and focused with zesty notes. A frothy mousse leads to very good length and grip on the finish.
