Tasting Note:
Nose: The wine is distinctly Adelaide Hills with tropical aromas of passionfruit and guava with a hint of freshly cut grass.
Palate: This wine has a crisp and zippy palate with regional varietal flavours of tropical fruit up front and then gooseberry and some herbaceousness across the mid-palate. There is a naturally delicate, cleansing acidity to the wine with a soft, persistent finish.
