Sourced from the Jaeschke family's single-vineyard site in Polish Hill River, this vintage was shaped by a delayed, rain-affected harvest that delivered a wine of real richness and elegance. The bouquet is highly perfumed, with Nashi pear and gardenia opening into brighter citrus and tropical notes of yuzu, passionfruit and fresh lime. The palate carries the fine, talc-like minerality the sub-region is known for, weaving bright acidity through a chalky, finely chiselled structure.
