An attractive, contemporary wine with lovely brightness and a touch of glamour. There is 70% merlot in the blend which is high and it gives a round, gentle structure to the wine. There is grapey, primary fruit with notes of blackberries, blueberries and cherries; a fresh attack, with a touch of spice and pepper. Delicious and approachable this is a wine with good character and simplicity which will be great for early drinking.
