Tasting Note: A full-bodied and complex white wine from French Alsace. Vines cultivated in the best habitats with a substrate consisting entirely of calcareous soil. Gewurztraminer is one of the four noble varieties allowed for the Alsace Grand Cru appellation. The requirement of the appellation is the production of wine entirely from one grape variety, the name of which should be on the label, as well as the name of the vineyard and the vintage.
