Forest berries fall away to subtle wood  twig-like sweet spices and the faintest scent of woodsmoke wrap everything together in a beautiful bundle. There is a sweet and sour tang which flows to cranberry, blood orange . The acidity is cooling and provides a fresh feel to the palate.
