Tasting Note:
Nose: Roasted almonds, Hazelnut, Honey, Butter and Brioche. Aromas of lemon blossom, kiwi fruit and zesty grapefruit. 
Palate: Elegant and inviting with fresh lime aromas and undertones of Granny Smith apples, complemented by pineapple flavours and flinty nuances on the palate. Meticulously focused, delicate layers of soft creamy nougat and bright green apple. 

Food Pairing:
Partner it with lighter dishes, fish and poultry. Thanks to its excellent body it also goes with spicy food like Teriyaki. Pair with crispy squid tubes and tentacles, charred lime yoghurt, shaved fennel and a citrus dressing.
