This edition of Rock Island has been finished in heavily charred “crocodile” casks, giving the spirit the extraction of layers upon layers of rich oak flavours. Very Limited-Edition Release.

No colouring | No chill-filtration
Nose: Ashy bonfire embers, grilled pineapple & soft peat smoke
Palate: Waves of sea-salt & complexed layers of caramelised palm sugar & BBQ’d ripe bananas
Finish: Whiffs of smoke with brown sugar, coconut & salted caramel. Long.
