Tasting Note: Beautiful intense garnet color with purple reflections. Delicate and floral nose (violets, roses) with hints of fruit between the blackcurrant and blueberry bud. The palate is of good minerality, elegant, and slightly spicy. Saline, slightly drying finish. A well-balanced, rich, and elegant wine with great aging potential.

Food Pairing: It will be the ideal partner for a duck breast with blackcurrant sauce, a hazelnut of venison with cranberries, a beef stew with grapes, a quail stuffed with foie gras or a cheese selection.
