Tasting Note:
Nose: Dark chocolate and blackberries with a carbon mineral line. Gorgeous and rich Black Forest gateaux, mineral and spice with a deeper undergrowth note.
Palate: Core of plush dark pastille fruits and a green bean line to balance.  Mouth-watering tannin/acid/fruit nexus spiralling away into the distance. Will live for an age.

Food Pairing: Beef, Lamb, Poultry.
