A brilliant shimmering pale yellow color. The nose of this white wine with hints of mirabelle, vineyard peach, apple and gooseberry. It is its fruity nature that makes this wine so special.

On the palate, Pierre Chainier's Paul Buisse Heritage Touraine Sauvignon Blanc opens pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic. Some wines are dry on the label, others really are. This white wine belongs to the second group, as it was bottled with only 1.1 grams of residual sugar.

On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied white wine is wonderfully light. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, it flatters with velvety palate feeling, without lacking juicy liveliness at the same time. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Val de Loire finally thrills with a beautiful finish.
