Tasting Notes:
A lively, bright Touraine Sauvignon from the most established producer in the region. It’s a pleasant, aromatic blend of gooseberry, nectarine, white flowers and citrus on the nose, complemented by quite a rich, peachy and lemon flavour, lovely texture and a moreish, slightly grippy finish.

A refreshing aperitif that can also be enjoyed with all kinds of smoked or grilled fish, classically good with goats cheese and happily works with asparagus.
