Broad, breeding notes, sweet notes, toast, fruit flavors, fruits of the forest and ripe fruit. Intense, barrel notes are very present. Sweet sensations, lightly toasted. Very well integrated with notes of slightly ripe fruits of the forest. Nice, well-integrated tannins, round, toasty notes and parenting.

Food Pairing: Any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
