Bouquet: Of infinite delicacy, its bouquet expresses on buttered tones, the baked apple, citrus, pineapple, linden, fern, juniper, cinnamon, flint and honey notes.

Palate: The palate combines mellow, minerality and refinement. Of a very nice complexity, the fruity holds to a delicate woodiness. The wine is supple, elegant, racy, with a beautiful tension. Its concentration, distinction and balance make it a superb wine not to be missed.

Food Pairing:

This Grand Cru will be ideal with a dish of Bresse chicken with morels, any grilled white meat, lobster gratin, good quality fish such as Fugu or cod, caviar, truffles or a savoury creamy cheese such as the French Vacherin.
