Bouquet: Expressive nose on white fruits and withe flowers and a hint of citrus.

Palate:  Fresh citrus and mineral attack with aromas of gunflint and vanilla notes. Vivid, dry, aromatic and fresh in the mouth with a pure and nice persistency.  

Food pairing: Serve as an aperitif or with fish and shellfish, an onion tart, a roasted poultry, and some French cheese as Brie, Vacherin, or Comté. . 

Alcohol Content: 13%
